Daniel is experienced in supporting couples, individuals and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions and personal growth. He believes that meaningful change begins when people feel heard, understood and supported in a safe, non-judgmental space.
He is particularly passionate about helping couples gain greater clarity and understanding of their relationship through supporting them in deciding whether to work on rebuilding the relationship or move towards separation with
greater confidence and respect. He also provides Marriage Preparation Counselling for couples preparing for their future together, helping them explore expectations, communication patterns, family-of-origin influences, conflict management, finances and shared values. For separated or divorced parents, Daniel offers Co-Parenting Support, helping parents reduce conflict, strengthen cooperation and focus on the well-being of their children. In addition, Daniel supports individuals and families facing parenting challenges, workplace relationship difficulties, family conflicts and significant life transitions. His approach is practical, collaborative and grounded in helping clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.
Drawing from more than 25 years of leadership experience in the social service sector, Daniel has worked extensively with families, children, youths, older adults and multicultural communities. He has led and developed services in family service centres, counselling centre, divorce support services, transnational marriage programmes and eldercare settings. This breadth of experience enables him to appreciate the complex realities that individuals, couples and families encounter at different stages of life.
Prior to serving in the social service sector, Daniel has also worked in the manufacturing sector for 16 years, he has served in various capacities and roles from quality control, procurement, operations management, including leadership at director’s level for supply chain management.

She is particularly skilled in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples/marriage, self-healing from affairs, and marital relationship restoration. Janese also leads support groups for affairs, women’s growth workshops, and frequently appears on Radio 958. She hosts seminars on marriage and parenting and provides training in family life, mental health, and counselling.
Since 2013, Janese has offered clinical supervision for those studying EFT for couples/marriage therapy. She is a member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), ICEEFT, and ASIA EFT, and provides online counselling services for couples/marriage, individuals, and families.
