PAYMENT
For both Online and Face-to-Face counselling, payment is to be made in advance upon appointment booking. Please take a screenshot and share via 97942033 (WhatsApp).

CANCELLATION
POLICY
For cancellation of counselling appointment less than 24 hours, a fifty percent (50%) cancellation charge will be levied.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared by you is kept confidential with the exceptions when the information is subpoenaed by the court or authorities and when we make an assessment that you pose a risk to yourself or others.
