Cindy has over 15 years of dedicated counselling experience, focusing on marital and divorce challenges. As an Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist, she works closely with couples to navigate distressed relationships, aiming to build and strengthen emotional bonds to improve relationship quality.
Cindy also supports individuals and families through various life stages and transitions, helping them develop the skills needed to handle challenging relationship issues. She is passionate about assisting those dealing with anxiety, depression, and distress related to marriage, separation/divorce, and co-parenting.
In her role as a Clinical Supervisor, Cindy guides other professionals and agencies, helping to enhance their clinical skills through comprehensive reviews and reflective practices. She values supervision as both a problem-solving tool and a means for personal growth and knowledge transfer.
